Terms & Conditions

CLUB PRESTIGE ROYAL reserves the right to alter and modify terms and conditions at any time. All clients must abide by the terms and conditions of the CLUB ROYAL PRESTIGE. Failure to do so will render the clients’ rights to compensation or refunds. These terms and conditions must be read and agreed “upon“, before booking of the CLUB ROYAL PRESTIGE’s service.

Prices indicated on this website are in Euros and include all taxes unless otherwise stated. 

No insurance for cancellation or assistance is included in the price of the booked service.

Each customer has to check whether he/she has the appropriate documents for his journey.

BOOKING PROCEDURE

Booking can be done by filling the reservation form, sending an email on info@clubprestige.me or calling us by phone on + 382 67 300 351

Client is responsible for ensuring that all information provided at the time of booking is correct and valid. Booking request will only be accepted if the request is compatible with restrictions imposed by the CLUB ROYAL PRESTIGE.

After receiving the booking request we will respond via email within one hour, sending the price, details and Credit Card Authorization form. In order to secure the booking, please complete the Authorization Form and send it back to us by email.

After receiving the Authorization form, CLUB ROYAL PRESTIGE will send confirmation by e-mail. Booking request should not be considered as being accepted or confirmed until the client has received a confirmation e-mail from the CLUB ROYAL PRESTIGE.

BOOKING AMENDMENTS AND REFUNDS

All complaints requesting refund / compensation must be written, e-mail sent to the CLUB ROYAL PRESTIGE: info@clubprestige.me .These will be investigated and a decision will be taken within 28 days of the reception of the complaint.

Until the complaint has been fully investigated the CLUB ROYAL PRESTIGE will accept no liability. CLUB ROYAL PRESTIGE will do its utmost to accommodate the client’s amended request however the CLUB ROYAL PRESTIGE reserves the right to refuse any amendment.

BOOKING ALTERATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS

Any order can be cancelled (or altered) only by sending a request to CLUB ROYAL PRESTIGE to the following address: info@clubprestige.me. Any alteration should be requested, 24 hours before the time of the booked service.

For any cancellation made by the client, the following cancellation fees will be applied:

24 hours before the time of the booked service: no charge

Less than 24 hours before the time of the booked service: CLUB ROYAL PRESTIGE WILL charge 50% of price

Less than 12 hours before the time of the booked service: CLUB ROYAL PRESTIGE WILL charge 100% of price

PAYMENT

Please note that making any order or booking on this website means an unreserved and irrevocable agreement to the present terms and conditions.

Payment can be done by credit card, cash or invoice(for companies). Payment by credit card or cash is to be done to driver, at the end of the service.

PERSONAL DATA

Client’s private and personal data will be used solely by the CLUB ROYAL PRESTIGE and will not be passed on to any third party with the exception of governmental and law enforcement authorities should they make such a request.
